LICENCE TO PERFORM HIGH RISK WORK & STATEMENT OF ATTAINMENT
Assessments below: Worksafe Western Australian licence to preform high risk work and Statement of Attainment (Nationally recognised Training).
Course Requirements:
1 x Primary ID (drivers licence or passport)
or 3 x Secondary ID (medicare card, utility bill etc)
Required for Worksafe application
